                               RESOLUTION NO. 19205
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH HAZLETT, LEWIS & 
                   BIETER FOR INDEPENDENT AUDITING SERVICES.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into a 
       Contract with Hazlett, Lewis & Bieter for independent auditing 
       services for an amount not to exceed $9,000.00.
